Day 1:Transfer to Mabamba and Lake Mburo National Park

Pick from Entebbe at the Hotel and transfer to Mabamba swamp for shoebill before proceeding to Lake Mburo National Park, with stopover at the equator then proceed through Masaka but stop over for lunch at a selected restaurant or hotel. This drive is a memorable one with a fantastic view of the dry rolling hills of Ankole with their signature long horned cattle just besides the roads.

Evening Game Drive in Lake Mburo National Park
Enjoy the evening Game drive for the best wildlife safari experience and photography in this sculptured landscape, rolling hills, rock outcrops, and open wooded savanna. The expected animals include: Zebras, Impalas, Elands, Topis, Giraffes, Waterbucks, Klipspringers, Velvet Monkeys, Buffalos, Warthogs, Baboons, and several bird species. This park alone has 332 known bird species, and 69 species of mammals. After wards, drive to the lodge to check in for an overnight.

Day 2:Morning Game Drive in Lake Mburo national Park
After breakfast, drive to the park for the excellent wildlife photographs and the compact jewel. There are well presented wildlife at only 370Kms2. The park is small compared to other savanna national parks in Uganda.
Being a home to surprising wildlife, and the only national park in Uganda that has Impalas, you enjoy the beauty of these whispers of the wild. After game drive, return to the lodge for lunch.

Afternoon Boat Cruise in Lake Mburo National Park
The boat moves along the shores of Lake Mburo as you sit back ready with your camera to photograph the gifting wildlife. This trip is two hours and very engaging especially when you spot Crocodiles and Hippos. You can also spot herons, African Fish Eagles, Pelicans, and perhaps the African Fin Foot and the Shoebill the sought after bird by bird watchers. After wards, drive to the lodge for an overnight.


Day 3:Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After early morning breakfast go for Nature Guided Walk in Lake Mburo National Park.
Meet the armed ranger guide for the walk. This walk gives you an opportunity to explore and photograph the attractions of these whispers of the wild in its natural state for the best memorable eye to eye wildlife in Uganda. Afterwards return to the lodge for lunch and after lunch to Queen Elizabeth National Park Drive to craters in Bunyaruguru. Enjoy the scenic view of the Rwenzori ranges.


Day 4:Morning Game Drive & Boat Cruise in Queen Elizabeth National Park

After early morning breakfast drive to Kasenyi for the best morning clear photographs and in this vast savanna of Kasenyi which is the perfect setting for the classic African safari experience, get prepared to photograph animals such as Uganda Kobs, waterbucks, herds of elephants and buffalos which provide a dream photo opportunities before returning to the lodge for lunch. Enjoy the great view set against the backdrop of the jagged Ruwenzori Mountains. Enjoy the explosion craters. Enjoy the view of Lake Nyamununka in front to might Rwenzori.

Afternoon boat cruise in Queen Elizabeth National Park
After lunch drive to Mweya peninsula for boat ride along Kazinga Channel. Mweya is Queen’s focal point. It is still jam-packed with birds and animals. Its elevated position commands gorgeous views of the Kazinga Channel. Depart from Mweya cruise down the Kazinga Channel the most relaxing way to enjoy the wildlife safari here. This cruise gives an opportunity to view hippos, buffaloes and water birds as elephants stride along the banks. All you need to do sit back with your camera or binoculars at the ready and enjoy the incredible spectacle. This is the oasis for the many of the fascinating species that inhabit the park and it gives a chance to cruise just meters from hundreds of enormous hippos and buffaloes while elephants linger on the shore-line. The cruise is only for two hours and boat trip ends in Lake Edward see how local fishing village stay alongside with wildlife, enjoy birds’ colony of cormorants, pelicans. After the boat drive back to the lodge along channel track Via Katunguru gate, reaching the lodge late in the evening for overnight.

Day 5:After lunch transfer to Kibale national park driving vi fort portal city as you view the escarpment all in-front of the mighty backdrop of the Rwenzori Mountains through Kasese town and Hima Cement Factory before reaching Fort Portal to Check in at the lodge late in the evening


Chimpanzee tracking in Kibale National Park

After early morning breakfast drive to Kanyanchu Visitor Centre for briefing to get set to go and meet the chimpanzee in the forest. Kibale forest is regarded as the playground of the chimpanzees and it is one of the few remaining areas of rainforest in Africa and offers the visitor the high percentage of viewing the 600 chimpanzees that rest in its tree canopy. The tracking starts at 8.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. and lasts 2 – 5 hours. You will go through this ritual accompanied by the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) Ranger Guides and being the highest Africa diversity at the primates in Africa and famously known as the primate capital of the world. After tracking drive back to the lodge.

Day 8:Morning Nature walk in Kibale National Park
After breakfast drive on the journey of discovery of the rich cultural tapestry. Join the local guide on the walk through the Bigodi Wetland Swamp to enjoy the local wildlife, birds and vegetation, the daily life of Batooro and Bakiga can be discovered during the village walk. Expect to see birds such as papyrus gonelek, Great blue turacoo, swamp warblers, grey checked mangbay, black and white colobus monkeys etc. This walk is a rewarding for the best community captivating real local life style. Drive back to the lodge for lunch.
After lunch drive Scenic drive through Kibale National Park viewing the over 15 crater lakes in this area in particular most of them in Kasenda sub county. These crater lakes vary in size and character. This activity in this area is very captivating and ideal for birding and photography.

Day 9:Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
Drive to Murchison Falls National Park. The drive from Kibale National Park to Murchison falls is very long but rewarding through the ever green tea plantations route in Fort Portal combined with spectacular landscape and views of Rwenzori ranges. Proceed to Hoima, via Kagadi for lunch at selected restaurants/hotels before proceeding to Murchison Falls National Park via Buliisa. This route is longer but more scenic and the memorable descent at the Rift Valley Escarpment with beautiful scenic views across Lake Albert towards the blue mountains of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Enjoy Bugungu Wildlife Reserve proceed and visit the top of Murchison and check in at the lodge late in the evening.

Day 10:Morning Game drive & Afternoon Boat Cruise in Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast, drive to the northern part of the park for the best and most Uganda’s remarkable wildlife spectacles, enjoy a fantastic photograph of the wide range of animals such as; Uganda Kobs, elephants, pats monkeys, heartbeats, Waterbucks, Buffalos, giraffes and Hippos in this Park the most popular safari destination. Track a herd of Buffalos as they range along the great open expanse and witness that nature moves at its own speed. The more time you spend in the land walked by both predator and prey, it is the call of the wild, an invitation to a simpler world filled with excitement and awe. Start the day the way nature intended as the sun begins to rise and shine over the ironic bush veld scenery in palm-dotted savanna, drive back to the lodge for lunch before proceeding for afternoon boat cruise to the bottom of Murchison Falls, for the best adventurous experience in the primal wilderness presenting astonishing display of wildlife such as; Hippos, Crocodiles, Elephants.

Day 11:Hiking to the top of Murchison Falls
Enjoy the best photograph for the mighty Murchison Falls and freedom falls at the picnic platform view of the Nile squeezing itself on 7-8m wide gorge while standing at the Baker’s rock with thunderous roar into devil’s “cauldron” creating a trademark rainbow
It gives you an opportunity to see the violent compression through the narrow gorge creates a continuous roar from the top. It plunges 45m over the remnant rift valley wall creating the dramatic Murchison Falls, the center piece of the park and enjoy the fantastic view of the scenery down below the mighty cascade drains the last of the river’s energy transforming it into a broad placid stream that flows quietly across the rift valley floor. While at this point you will see a wide gorge and plunges with a thunderous roar into the “Devil’s Cauldron” creating a trademark rainbow. This is a fantastic and great reward for the pose and photograph opportunities.
Reach up at the top to witness the remains of the 10 pounds bridge which was funded by Sir Winston Churchill in 1961 and lasted only for one year’s and then you drive back to the lodge.

Day 12:Transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park
After early morning breakfast, drive to Kidepo Valley National Park via Kitgum. Kidepo valley National Park is 134 Kilometres from Kitgum town, and you drive through a very beautiful and scenic view. From Kitgum Town, the drive start at the roundabout on the eastern edge of Kitgum town’s Centre through Kitgum – Matidi – Namkora, Rom before crossing a mountain and descending to Karenga and the park’s Lokimoit gate. The drive through Karamoja and Rom Mountain is regarded as the most tremendous drama with savanna grasslands and area of rich cultural interest for the plains around the park is dotted with Napore – Nyungea range, the Morungule Mountains, and Mt. Lomej in south Sudan in the semi-arid climate. Enjoy the Karimojong homesteads commonly known as Manyattas, before driving to the park to check in the lodge late in the evening.

Day 13:Morning Game Drive in Kidepo Valley National Park
After breakfast, drive through the park as you enjoy and witness that Kidepo is the only Ugandan Refuge for the variety of species, including, Cheetah, Bat eared Fox, Striped Hyena and Caracal, Elephants, Buffalos, Giraffes, Elands and Zebras. Explore the Kidepo Valley National Park which is short on Big Game, but massive on scenery and its vast scale. Enjoy these spectacular views of one of East Africa’s’ magnificent wilderness roamed by the game. Enjoy the Narus Valley the prime game viewing area as wildlife congregates here for much of the year. Look for Buffalos in the swamps along the valley floor, Giraffes on the drier slopes above, and scan the rock out crops for Lions and drive back to the lodge. After lunch drive to Narus Valley for evening game viewing. The drive through this valley south of Apoka drive around the main game circuit, and enjoy wildlife, find a fresh, wiser, path forward with its inhabitants, who will make your soul feel perfectly at home while doing so.


Day 14:Morning Guided Nature Walk in Kidepo Valley National Park

After early morning breakfast, drive to Apoka through the open grasslands, that provide sightings for Giraffes, Buffaloes, Elephants, and perhaps destinations for Ostriches, for every day the best scenic Africa ends with horizon for you to gaze upon, contemplate the world, as it goes by it is surely to create a unique memory for you to enjoy forever. Tune in the rhythm of wonders that free your imagination and lift your soul. Afterwards, drive to the selected restaurant for lunch. After lunch, transfer to Gulu Town.
After lunch, drive to Gulu Town using the same Kitgum- Gulu Road. Enjoy the dotted Manyattas homesteads of Karamoja’s fiercely traditional pastoralists enjoy and witness the common thread lingers all the way down to the most rural of setting making your experience through remote region one that reflects a complex and fascinating nation that has always found a way of turning struggles into joy as you drive through. Arriving late in the evening, at the lodge in Gulu for overnight.

Day 15:Transfer back to Entebbe and Rhino Tracking at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
After early morning breakfast, drive to Kampala via Karuma. This drive through Acholi land is a rewarding contemplate of human kind that creates a vibrant mix of people across this part of the continent and of all cultures, before proceeding to cross River Kafu.

Rhino Tracking at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

On reaching Nakitoma Township, you branch off to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Here at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary you will enjoy the tracking of the southern White Rhino which were declared extinct in Uganda by 1983. Later. This is the only place in Uganda where you can find Rhinos in the wild. Along with the Rhinos, there are other wildlife that roam this sanctuary. They include animals such as: Baboons, Velvet Monkeys, Warthogs, Black and White Colobus monkeys, Uganda Kob, Waterbucks, Bush backs, Hippos, Pangolins, Mangoose, snakes and different species of birds such as; saddle beaked stork, shoe bills, drive to the selected restaurant for lunch before proceeding back to Entebbe.
