Day 1:Arrive At Entebbe International Airport and Transfer to the Hotel

Arrive at Entebbe International Airport and drive to the Hotel for overnight as you prepare for the drive the next morning. Relax at the lodge in Entebbe to wipe off the flight

Day 2 :Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
After breakfast at the Lodge in Entebbe Pick from Entebbe transfer to Lake Mburo National Park, with stop over at the equator then proceed through Masaka but stop over for lunch at a selected restaurant or hotel. This drive is a memorable one with a fantastic view of the dry rolling hills of Ankole with their signature long horned cattle just besides the roads.
Enjoy the drive for the best experience in this sculptured landscape, rolling hills, rock outcrops, and open wooded savanna. The expected animals include: Zebras, Impalas, Velvet Monkeys, Baboons, and several bird species. Driving through this region is amazing and one can be impressed by the remarkable scenery that unfolds in sight. The region is sometimes referred to as the land of milk and honey. Enjoy the noble indigenous slow moving new long-horned Ankole cattle which were originally herded down from ancient Egyptians 2000 years ago. Proceed to the lodge in the evening to check in for overnight.

Day 3:Morning Game Drive in Lake Mburo National Park
After breakfast drive through designated game trucks to enjoy Game drive for the best wildlife safari experience in this sculptured landscape, rolling hills, rocky outcrops, and open wooded savanna. The expected animals include: Zebras, Impalas, Elands, Topis, Giraffes, Waterbucks, Klipspringers, Velvet Monkeys, Buffalos, Warthogs, Baboons, and several bird species. This park alone has 332 known bird species, and 69 species of mammals the compact jewel there are well presented wildlife at only 370Kms2. The park is small compared to other savanna national parks in Uganda. Being a home to surprising wildlife, and the only national park in Uganda that has Impalas, you enjoy the beauty of this whispers of the wild. After game drive, return to the lodge for lunch. This drive is a memorable one with a fantastic view of the dry rolling hills of Ankole with their signature long horned cattle just besides the roads.
Afternoon Boat Cruise in Lake Mburo National Park
The boat moves along the shores of Lake Mburo. This trip is two hours and very engaging especially when you spot Crocodiles and Hippos. You can also spot herons, African Fish Eagles, Pelicans, and perhaps the African Fin Foot and the Shoebill the sought after bird by bird watchers, in search for the specials of Lake Mburo this cruise will give you an opportunity to photograph, pairs of enormous fish eagles, hammerkops, Giant kingfisher, African finfoot, crocodiles and hippos with fantastic view of the lake reflected with marshy vegetation and drive back to the lodge afterwards.

Day 4:Morning Guided Nature walk & afternoon Game drive in Lake Mburo National Park
After early morning breakfast drive to the gate to get the armed ranger guide for the walk. This walk gives you an opportunity to explore and photograph the attractions of this whispers of the wild in its natural state for the best memorable eye to eye wildlife in Uganda. You are likely to see Elands & Buffaloes and nearly always Warthog, Topis, Impala, Duiker, Bushbuck, Waterbuck and Zebra on the horseback safaris; it is a very peaceful and relaxing activity. After this enjoyable, adventurous and memorable experience relax because the dream come true tour has ended.

Day 5:Visit the Cultural Museum and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After lunch, visit the cultural museum where the future meets the past. Visit eriijukiro, Kwazi (Nkwanzi) crafts shop, cultural villages such as; Mparo Court and Kitami Palace. These places house the traditional huts for cattle and crop farmers.

Day 6:Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable national Park after lunch enjoy the breath taking scenery of the green terraced hills and snake like roads of this Region and arrive to check in at the lodge. This drive along this route is amazing and impressive by the remarkable scenery that unfolds in sight. The terraced hills gradually give way to the cascading hills that seem never to end on these snake like roads which will definitely impress you as you drive through this region of Kigezi You also enjoy the cold interior with spectacular Tea Plantations .

Day 7:Gorilla tracking experience in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After early morning breakfast at lodge drive to the gorilla tracking briefing point. Get registered and get general briefing before you see off to go and meet these beautiful majestic giant maintain gorillas in the forest. Tracking is captivating and unforgettable experience which is more than repays the effort needed to reach. Tracking starts at 8:30am and can last from a few hours to a whole day depending on where gorillas were left the previous day.
The park is characterized by tangled vegetation dropped over a deeply fissured landscape of steep slippery valleys and high-draughty ridges. It is ever chilly weather and challenging terrains offers the best experience in a trek though one of Africa’s most ancient rainforests in search of the endangered maintain gorillas ranks among the world’s premier wildlife encounters.
NB: You will go with packed lunch.
After tracking visit a craft shop and maybe you can check in there for hand craft items. Afterwards drive back to the lodge as you enjoy the breath taking views of Bwindi forest the Uganda’s most pristine tracts of rainforest, the Lodge where you will be staying is just within the starting Gorilla tracking point in Rushaga (Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge).
Have your time and relax as you enjoy the perfect view of Bwindi Impenetrable forest. Enjoy the balcony view of the impenetrable forest from your room or on your private patio just outside at the shade besides the restaurant and the bar as you wait for dinner


Day 8:Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National

Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park after morning breakfast via Ruhiija. This drive takes you through the Eastern Sector or part of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest with fantastic view. This drive is long but rewarding to view Bwindi endemic birds and primates along the way and provide expansive views across the plains of Western Rift Valley to the west. Connect to Butogota-Kayonza. Drive through tea plantations and proceed to Kihiihi for lunch at the selected restaurant/Hotel before driving to Ishasha the remote southern sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Here you will be rewarded with the sightings of Ishasha’s most famous residents the tree climbing lions-lounging in the branches while keeping a close eye on the herds of Uganda kobs and this is the only area. Here you can find topis as well as with many teaming herds of buffaloes and elephants in this magnificent natural arenas. Enjoy the attendant cast of wildlife behaviors and when you get to the scope and vast overlooking maramagambo forest with the Great Rift Valley escarpment view of Kichwamba. Proceed and check in at the lodge late in the evening for overnight.

Day 9:Morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park

After early morning breakfast drive to Kasenyi plains for game drive. The vast savanna of Kasenyi is the perfect setting for a classic African safari experience. Enjoy the photo opportunities. Enjoy the fantastic view of Rwenzori Mountains set against the back drop of jagged wildlife viewing in Kasenyi is rewarding. Huge herds of Uganda kobs attracts pride of lions, guinea fowl scuttle through the grassland and huge …… elephants strides across the game tracks. Drive to Kasenyi craft village and enjoy the crater salt lake view below Kichwamba escarpment. Other wildlife expected to be seen includes water buck, warthog, baboon, hippos, etc. and afterwards proceed to Lake George the famous bird sanctuary. Queen Elizabeth is man biome sphere reserve. Drive back to the lodge for lunch and proceed to Mweya.
Afternoon boat cruise in Queen Elizabeth National Park
After lunch drive to Mweya peninsula for boat ride along Kazinga Channel. Mweya is Queen’s focal point. It is still jam-packed with birds and animals. Its elevated position commands gorgeous views of the Kazinga Channel. Depart from Mweya cruise down the Kazinga Channel the most relaxing way to enjoy the wildlife safari here. This cruise gives an opportunity to view hippos, buffaloes and water birds as elephants stride along the banks. All you need to do sit back with your camera or binoculars at the ready and enjoy the incredible spectacle. This is the oasis for the many of the fascinating species that inhabit the park and it gives a chance to cruise just meters from hundreds of enormous hippos and buffaloes while elephants linger on the shore-line. The cruise is only for two hours and boat trip ends in Lake Edward see how local fishing village stay alongside with wildlife, enjoy birds’ colony of cormorants, pelicans. After the boat drive back to the lodge along channel track Via Katunguru gate, reaching the lodge late in the evening for overnight.

Day 10:Transfer to Kibale National Park and Birding En-route
After morning breakfast drive to Kibale National Park via Hoima-Kagadi to Fort Portal through this set against the dramatic backdrop of distant mountains of the moon the jagged Ruwenzori before lies the vast tea plantation of Tooro Kingdom. These buzzling endless green dotted tea plantation gives you a fantastic view for the best travel memory with stop over for lunch at selected restaurant/lodge in Fort portal city proceeding to Kibale National Parkfor Community and swamp walk at Bigodi and after the walk check in at the lodge for overnight.


Day 11:Chimpanzee tracking in Kibale National Park

After early morning breakfast drive to Kanyanchu Visitor Centre for briefing to get set to go and meet the chimpanzee in the forest. Kibale forest is regarded as the playground of the chimpanzees and it is one of the few remaining areas of rainforest in Africa and offers the visitor the high percentage of viewing the 600 chimpanzees that rest in its tree canopy. The tracking starts at 8.00am to 2.00pm and lasts 2 – 5 hours. You will go through this ritual accompanied by the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) Ranger Guides and being the highest Africa diversity at the primates in Africa and famously known as the primate capital of the world you will as well come across the Adam naked tree during the walk after tracking drive back to the lodge.

Afternoon Community experience and Swamp Walk in Bigodi

After lunch drive on the journey of discovery of the rich cultural tapestry. Join the local guide on the walk through the Bigodi Wetland Swamp to enjoy the local wildlife, birds and vegetation, the daily life of Batooro and Bakiga can be discovered during the village walk. Expect to see birds such as papyrus gonelek, Great blue turacoo, swamp warblers, grey checked mangbay, black and white colobus monkeys etc. This walk is a rewarding for the best community captivating real local life style. Drive back to the lodge for overnight.

Day 12:Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
After morning breakfast drive to Murchison Falls National Park through Fort Portal – Kyenjonjo – Hoima – Buliisa. This drive gives you an opportunity to enjoy the scenic view of Rwenzori Mountains ranges being extremely humid area and frequently enveloped in clouds gives you the best photo opportunities. Enjoy the green hills of Toro that support tea plantations, with rich cultural diversity of Batooro, and arriving in this Tourism City in western Uganda this is where you will stop over for lunch before proceeding to Murchison Falls National Park which gives you a fantastic view for the best travel memory with stop over for lunch at selected restaurant/lodge in Hoima Town. Before proceeding to Murchison Falls National Park check in at the lodge for overnight.

Day 13:Morning game Drive in Murchison Falls National Park

After early morning breakfast go for game drive around the Buligi game tracks on the northern bank. Here you will begin the journey into African wilderness. It engages all your sense from the very first beginning sparkled to life when you first hear a distant roar of a lion or a laugh of a hyena in the night or a song of thousands of cicada beetles at midday then experience the heightening of these senses when you feel the ground vibrate of giant elephant cross right in front of you, never to be forgotten sights and safari moments. Enjoy wide range of animals in this Nile Valley. Your guide will take you through this prime wildlife pane for the best of iconic and unforgettable safari experience. animals here include several herds of buffalos, elephants, giraffes, waterbucks, Uganda kobs, oribi, warthogs, baboon, hartebeest, leopards, hyenas, jackals, lions and several bird species encountered on this safari and afterwards drive back to the lodge for lunch before going for the afternoon boat cruise.

Afternoon boat cruise to the bottom of Murchison Falls
After lunch drive down to the 2:00 o’clock boat cruise. The lunch trip upstream from Paraa presents an astonishing display of wildlife and gives you an opportunity with the frontal view of the falls. This is a rewarding memorable experience. Just cruise few meters away from several enormous hippos and crocodiles basking along the banks with their month open. This is one of the exciting activity. The three hours cruise provides you with the tranquil sundowner as you cruise back offering the classic view of an Equatorial sunset reflected on the river. Enjoy other frequent visitors of the Nile such as waterbucks, elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, baboons, combined with several water birds.

Hiking to the top of Murchison Falls
The boat will drop you to the bottom where you will meet with a ranger Guide Hike up to the top of falls it is rewarding with fantastic view of the majestic waters of the river Nile squeeze out at 6 meters cleft makes foot plunge down this infamous Murchison Falls, It gives you an opportunity to see the violent compression through the narrow gorge creates a continuous roar from the top. It plunges 45m over the remnant rift valley wall creating the dramatic Murchison Falls, the center piece of the park and enjoy the fantastic view of the scenery down below the mighty cascade drains the last of the river’s energy transforming it into a broad placid stream that flows quietly across the rift valley floor. While at this point you will see a wide gorge and plunges with a thunderous roar into the “Devil’s Cauldron” creating a trademark rainbow. This is a fantastic and great reward for the pose and photograph opportunities your driver Guide will drive to meet you at the top of falls, you drive back to the Lodge arriving late in the evening. Here you stand a chance to see rock pranticoles.


Day 14:Cultural & Community Experience in Murchison Falls National Park

After morning breakfast drive to Bugungu Community. Visit the Bugungu and cultural encounters. This takes you through the journey of discovery of the lives of local people, learn how oil exploration has affected the lives and culture of Bagungu and Alur. Understand the unique lives of these locals as you meet farmers and traditional ways of life and culture. Meet the reformed poachers, visit organic gardens of plantations of fruits. Visit the local bee-keeping project, see how honey is made and plus the Art of bee husbandry or Apiculture. Finally get welcomed back from the visit by the vibrant performance of the local
People. It is a wonderful glimpse of life. This traditional music and dance engages all your Senses from the very first beginning. The visit to this group gives you an opportunity to learn a skill as the locals demonstrate how local alcohol is made, how their dishes are prepared from cassava.

Day 15:Transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park
After breakfast transfer to Kidepo Valley through the diverse and most scenic road with dotted palm trees with rich and abundant animals through Pendero Woodland before reaching Wankwar gate, enjoy the view of Acholi traditional homes/manyatta as you connect on the tarmac road via Anaka, stop over for lunch in Gulu at selected restaurant/hotel. Kidepo valley National Park is 134 Kilometres from Kitgum town, and you drive through a very beautiful and scenic view. From Kitgum Town, the drive start at the roundabout on the eastern edge of Kitgum town’s Centre through Kitgum – Matidi – Namkora, Rom before crossing a mountain and descending to Karenga and the park’s Lokimoit gate. The drive through Rom Mountain is regarded as the most tremendous drama with savanna grasslands and area of rich cultural interest for the plains around the park is dotted with Napore – Nyungea range, the Morungule Mountains, and Mt. Lomej in south Sudan in the semi-arid climate, enjoy the Karimojong homesteads.

Day 16:Morning Game Drive in Kidepo Valley National Park
After breakfast, drive around the park as you enjoy and witness that Kidepo is perhaps indeed it’s the only Ugandan Refuge for the number of species, including, Cheetah, Bat eared Fox, Striped Hyena and Caracal, enjoy Elephants, Buffalos, Giraffes, Elands and Zebras. Explore the Park which is rich in Big Game massive on scenery and its vast scale. Enjoy the spectacular views of one of East Africa’s’ magnificent wilderness roamed by the game. Enjoy the dotted Manyattas homesteads of Karamoja’s fiercely traditional pastoralists enjoy and witness the common thread lingers all the way down to the most rural of setting making your experience through remote region one that reflects a complex and fascinating nation that has always found a way of turning struggles into joy as you drive through. This drive through Acholi land is a rewarding contemplates of human kind that creates a vibrant mix of people across this part of the continent and of all cultures. Enjoy the Manyattas of the Luo speaking group of people in Karuma area before proceeding to the Lodge for overnight.

Day 18:Transfer to Rhino Tracking at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
After breakfast, drive to Kampala via Karuma. This drive through as you cross the bridge at Karuma and getting into Bunyoro Sub-regions a rewarding contemplate of human kind that creates a vibrant mix of people across this part of the continent and of all cultures. Here at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary you will enjoy the tracking of the southern White Rhino which were declared extinct in Uganda by 1983. Later, through conservation efforts, the white Rhino finds its birth again. This is the only place in Uganda where you can find Rhinos in the wild. Along with the Rhinos, there are other wildlife that roam this sanctuary. They include animals such as: Baboons, Velvet Monkeys, Warthogs, Black and White Columbus monkeys, Uganda Kob, Waterbucks, Bush backs, Hippos, Pangolins, Mangoose, snakes and different species of birds such as; saddle beaked stork, shoe bills, and Grey crowned Crane among others. Day 19:Kampala City Tour
After breakfast at the Lodge go for city Tour around Kampala and Visit different places such as the National Museum of Uganda with the collections of different Culture and sculptures, proceed for Lunch at the Hotel and afterwards relax as you wait to transfer to the Entebbe International Airport to check in for the flight.
